Our vision
We strive to have our immigrant workers feel welcome and safe in our society, but also to let Croatians have the opportunities to interact with immigrant workers in various different settings. Our purpose is to support social, economic and cultural integration of foreign workers by advocating for their rights, providing access to essential services and promoting inclusive communities where all workers are treated with dignity, respect and equality.

Vilim Domačinović
Secretary
Danijela Milić is an experienced business professional with a strong background in corporate management, entrepreneurship, and the non-profit sector. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb, an MBA from IEDC – Bled School of Management, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Media and Communication at University North.
Her career began at Hrvatski Telekom (HT) the largest telecommunications provider in Croatia and subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, where she spent over a decade in leadership roles across CRM, product development, and marketing. She later entered the luxury tourism and mega yachting industry, founding Dare to Discover, a boutique agency specializing in VIP travel and diplomatic services in Croatia and the region.
From 2020 to 2025, she served as General and Operations Manager at CROMA, the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs, leading strategic initiatives, organization of high-level events for business professionals ( congresses, panels, educations, award ceremonies, ,receptions at the President of the Republic of Croatia) , collaborations with key public and private stakeholders.
She is a co-founder and current President of IntegrateYou, an organization focused on the integration and inclusion of foreign workers in Croatian business culture and society.
